What's it About?

This web site features quality original novels that have not yet been commercially published. You can read the first few chapters of any book for free. If you like what you've read, you can buy additional "pieces" at 99 cents each, never paying more than $8.91 for an entire novel. Each piece will consist of at least one chapter, but usually more. Click on Read Books on the left menu to start reading free chapters right now.

The good thing about this approach is this: if you're reading a book and you don't like the way it's going, you simply stop buying the rest of it. This way, you're only paying for an entire book if it's really good. If you can tell early on that you're going to enjoy a book, you can buy the rest at 8% off the chapter-set price. Last, but not least, when you've finished reading a book, you can rate it and write a review that will appear on this site. Become a world famous book reviewer.

Why are we different?

All the books appearing here are in a finished form and have been judged by a board of readers to be of publishable quality. If you want more detail about what this means, click here or go to the author's page. Yes, there are other sites where you can read books for free. However, these sites tend to accept incomplete works or works that have not been proofed and edited. They may have some quality stuff. However, it often hard to find. The reason we don't have as many books is that, like reputable paper publishers, we reject submissions that are not ready or that don't tell compelling stories.

Our first book is now available for reading. Check back again from time to time for additional titles. We are currently in discussions with several new authors.

If you've been unable to get a publisher interested in your work, or if your fingers are sore from writing endless numbers of query letters when you could be writing the next novel, or if you just can't bring yourself to pay somebody to publish your master work, and someone besides your best friend and loyal relatives have told you that what you've written is so good that somebody must make a movie out of it, consider leaving it with us for a time until the publishers come to their senses.
